gekauft in einen begehbaren Bierkühlraum vor Ort. Da es draußen aber sehr heiß war, überkam mich die Lust auf ein fruchtiges Sauerbier. Da auch die Brauerei für mich neu war, überkam mich die Neugierde und ich griff zu der mit Erdbeer-Folie überzogenen Dose (dies hatte den Vorteil, dass ich es am Bahnhof trinken konnte, wo sonst Alkoholverbot herrscht -selbst der Geruch hätte mich nicht verraten). Es ist ein Philadelphia Sour mit Erdbeeraroma. Dabei ist es wirklich gut gelungen. Es ist nicht zu sauer oder hat einen hier unpassenden buttrigen Geschmack. Dazu passen die Erdbeeren gut hinein und man bekommt ein erfrischendes, halt saures Getränk, das die Hitze erträglich macht.

Can 0.5l at Pivní zastávka. Cloudy, gold with reddish hint. AROMA- strawberry, dough, strawberry pie. FLAVOR- neutral, moderately sour, strawberry, dough, candies. Medium bodied. Good.

Can via Beermalade tasting. Thin body, high carbonation. Moderate sourness, seems equal parts clean lactic and fruit-derived. Fully strawberry-centered in character, nice moderate strength natural feeling strawberry. Tasty, easy drinking. A bit too watery, but good.

Canned from BaseCamp I reckon. Reddish, chalky, pinkish amber body, lasting off white head. The aroma mixes... err... beautiful strawberries and rubber? Beautiful until it's disgusting. Tart taste, strawberry jam, lean, citric notes. Generally a pleasant sour with strawberries intertwined with rubber. Sooo... yeah.

Can from Bavaria Slovensko. Red orange color with thick white head. Light aroma of strawberries, light malt. Strawberry centered taste, with fruity sourness, seeds, light malt. No hops. Good.
