A part of our quince saison from 2019 went in a white wine barrel, with a small addition of roeselare blend. This beer developed some medium tartness, enriched with a fruit character both in aroma and flavor. The medium to high carbonation serves to pronounce the sour notes, as well as the fruity esters, making this beer super refreshing.

Bottle at RBESG GT 2023. Finally a good Mlinarica! This has moderate sourness, nice mix of mostly barnyard funk, with just a hint of acetic acid. And moderate white winey character which is both assertive and subtle at the same time. Very easy drinking, pleasant med-light spicy saisony phenolics. Great beer.

Bottle, huge thanks Hrabren. Misty golden body, white head. Cheesy, lightly fruity, somewhat acetic aroma. Lean but kinda... generic. Or rather run of the mill. Not bad, just unimpressive. That said, let's move on to the taste... which is even less impressive, light tartness and lighter still meaty yeastiness, light apple/quince touch, soft, drinkable, if a bit watery, lightly citric, but really not enticing. The worst of the bunch so far I'm afraid.
