Cask @ Sebright Arms, Bethnal Green E2. Pours a slightly hazy pale yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity spicy perry aroma. Smooth spicy perry flavor. Has a fruity spicy perry finish.

DØE, 14. Hazy yellow with no head. Aroma is peat, fruit, apples and a little tart. Flavour is pear, apples, sweet, little dry, little woof and a little sulfur.

Bag-in-box, KØ14. Dry aroma, more of apples than pears. Clear golden colour. The flavour is watery with a rather dry fruit flavour. Quite dry finish.

Bottled. A light yellow perry. The aroma has notes of pears and tannins. The flavor is acidic with an underlying sweetness and notes of pears and tannins, leading to tart finish.

500ml bottle from Olivers Farm Shop. Dry, fresh taste, medium sweet. Well balanced, accessible yet rich and full flavoured. Probably one of the best perrys out there. Seriously good.

Sampled at the 2013 Chicago Cider Summit. Pours a clear yellowish gold with no visible carbonation or head. Aroma has a combination of sweet and tart pear. Flavor is much more musty with pear and has a bit of sweetness that comes out in the finish.
