Bottle from Bierkoning, Amsterdam. Batch #011. Aroma is tart apricot with citrus, some orange, stone fruit, apricot jam. Light pale malt. Flavour is tart and mild sour with some sweetness as well. Medium body. Lacks a little complexity but this sure delivers on the apricot.

Clear light orange to yellow beer, small creamy white head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: funky, sourish, some vinegar notes, a little fruity. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very sourish start, a bit fruity, alcohol, very acidic, vinegar, some tannins, a bit earthy. Aftertaste: sharp acidity, yeasty, dirty touch, fruity, more vinegar, not very nice.

Bottle at THT November. Bit hazy yellow golden with white head. At first a strong skinky smell but it goes away afyer a bit. Sour apricot, orange, wheat, sulphur, still some skunk, grassy, lemon, gooseberries. Medium sour, light sweet and bitter. Just medium bodied. Not that good.

Bouteille 37.5cl, BB 03/2022.
