Süffiger, herb-hopfiger Beginn. Würzig, geringe Bitterkeit, spritzig. Der Hopfen bleibt prägend, helles Malz ist eher hintergründig. Mittellanger, etwas trocken getreidig-herber Hopfenabgang. 9/10/11/10/12/10

Clear to little cloudy blond beige beer, small creamy off-white head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: very malty, grains, bit fruity, some ripe banana, some caramel, bit yeasty. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: malty start, gentle bitterness, cow fodder, little sweet, citrus notes. Aftertaste: bit metallic, good bitterness, bit grassy, fruity touch, lovely beer, very nice stuff going on here!

330ml bottle. Minimally milky, yellow-ish, golden colour with average to huge, thick, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, white head. Citrusy fruity, hoppy and minimally starchy, pale malty aroma, notes of lemon, some lemongrass, some grassy spiciness. Taste is citrusy fruity, and grassy-spicy hoppy, minimally starchy, pale malty with little residual sweetness, some hop bitterness, notes of lemon, hints of lemongrass, a touch of lemon balm; lingering, bitter and citrusy hoppy finish. Minimally oily, watery texture, smooth and soft palate, medium to fine, mildly prickly carbonation. Very citrusy for a Bock, seemingly light - good.

Geinig bockje. Mogen we in NL ook best een beetje mee experimenteren. Dat traditionele gedoe...

0.33 l bottle from 'Craftbeer-Shop.com', best before January 2022. Almost clear, golden with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, gently fruity-floral and slightly grassy aroma of lemon peel, pineapple and some fresh grass. Gently sweet, moderately bitter, quite fruity-floral and a bit grassy taste of lemon peel, pineapple, fresh grass, light lemon and traces of quince, followed by a short, quite bitter, moderately grassy finish. Medium body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Tasty Bock, quite hoppy, rather dry as well, some sort of an Imperial IPL. Very nice!
