|
Spontaneous in its creation, our neighbor and cider producer Æblerov offered us some freshly pressed pomace of Japanese quince. We immediately pieced together a selection of barrels from our cellar and let the beer and quince marinate for two months before being bottled!

On tap at BRUS, pours a hazy golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of bugginess and some earthy armpits. Flavour is floral, with some bugs, earthiness, and light stone fruit skins. Floral, citric, and earthy finish. Decent.

On tap at BRUS. Pours hazy blonde with a white head. Tart nose, musty fruit skins. Flavour has moderate acidity, peach, some tannic skins. Nice.

Pale yellow colour with light haze. Aroma of citric acid and farmyard funk. Sharp taste. Fine carbonation. Sharp fruity acidity and lots of hay.

Jens smagning (28/01/2022) - tart fruity with prominent notes of quince, getting that pear apple vibe, really nice, good acidity with tingling carbonation, medium body, tart finish. Lovely.
