BA mixed fermentation ale, conditioned on Japanese Quince Pomace. 6%

Spontaneous in its creation, our neighbor and cider producer Æblerov offered us some freshly pressed pomace of Japanese quince. We immediately pieced together a selection of barrels from our cellar and let the beer and quince marinate for two months before being bottled!
