Going beyond Revers Engineering by adding Mavro Kalavritino grape skins provided by a famous organic winery, Tetramythos. Spontaneously fermented with the wild microorganisms existing on the skins, a beautiful pink hue with a musty aroma full of berries, carbonated lower than beer to almost resemble a still wine, aged on lees (batonnage) for a fuller body!

Munich Ratebeer Group Tasting at Jonas, Garching Friday 22nd October 2021. Pours gold with a very light blush of pink and no head. Fruity with a little more depth, a little bit boozier summer once again the wine qualities are very perky here, super nice, zappy with a little cider edge, lovely.

Bottle via Fin. Light rose, little/no carb, looks like a wine in the glass. Wild sour nose, with hints of powdered-sugar sweetness and grapes. If I didn't know it was a beer I might think, strange rose. Even a bit of buttery malolactic-like taste. Although I like it more than most rose wines I've tried: better mouthfeel and more complex flavor.

Bottle, Pale peach color, low head. Rose, peach skin nose. Light boozy, sweet, rose petal, dry, light yeast and mineral, fruity sweet retronasal.

Slight pink amber. Aroma is berries with some caramel and some hops. Taste is bitter wine with some sweet and booze. Not a huge wine fan. But it kind of tastes like wine. Ok.

Bottle. Rather clear rose-ish orange color with no head. Aroma is exotic fruits, grapes, super aromatic, mild booze. Taste is the same, warming finish, low carbonation. Absolutely adoring this series!
