Bottle bought at Kykao. Drunk with Bob and Max. Golden amber, small head. Nose of elderflower, honey, white wine. Wow, flavors of mead, light sourness, lychee, maybe oak?, lemon. Not really champagne like, little carbonation, but reminds me of complex dessert wine flavors in a more dry white. By the way, there's Weinstein in the bottom, wow!

Bottle, thanks a lot Fin! Very much Lychee, super Lychee aroma. Hazy golden, low head. Medium to full body. Dry lychee, sweet white bread, kiwi marmelade, top notch boozy fruits, super intersting. Too easy drinkable :-P

Bottle, many thanks Fin! Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is lychee, full-blown lychee purree, really unexpected. Taste is lychee, some champagne yeast flavours there, brioche, warming finish. Surprisingly fine-bubbled carbonation. Wow, I'm impressed. The ingredients list claims only water, barley malt, hops, yeast - must be a crazy yeast, cause this is basically a mimosa where you replace the orange juice with lychee juice. I am really blown away by this, especially if there really are no adjuncts in here - this is similar to Cloudwater's Slushie series, where Grape Brut IPAs are blended with Fruited sours... Bonus points for that!

Bottle courtesy of Kostas, Kykao Brewery shared with Xenofon and Anastasia at their apartment in Höhenkirchen-Siegertsbrunn, Saturday 7th November 2020. Pours hazy gold with a white head, zappy, tart and wonderfully sour. There is a definite wine/champagne quality here. Dry finish, very good.
