Bottle from the brewery, drunk at Olaf and Steffi's on New Year's. Herbal malty nose on hazy straw with a huge head. Bready fragrance. Flavor is nice and mildly funky, slight sourness and moderate hop bitterness followed by grain flavor. Really liking this one!

Bottle courtesy of Kostas Kykao, cheers mate, had this in the company of Nick and Anna Sunday 10th April 2022 listening to Shannon Lay - Geist. Pours hazy gold with a white head, a little malty, nice spiciness, dry (as indicated), a little honey. Really nice 👍

Bottle shared in London - cheers to Cloin! Pours cloudy yellow-gold with a creamy, white head. Holds some expressive yeast, citrus, pine needles giving some bitterness. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation. Finishes with grassy bitterness and saison yeast. Not bad.

Bottle split at L6 tasting, picked up in Athens, 09/10/19. Hazed golden yellow topped with a big ol' white cap. Nose is grassy, herbal tones, dusty hops, light white peppery spice, grains. Taste comprises citric pith, lemon rind, herb, grassy, light tropical fruits, farmhouse yeast tickle. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close spiked with a dusty hop edge. Decent.

Bottle shared at columbus tasting 09/10/2019. Many Thanks! A hazed milky gold coloured pour with a frothy white head. Aroma is earthy lemon, wheat, lavender, doughy wheat, Flavour is composed of semi dry, wheat, airy frothy, leafy citrus, nettle. Palate is frothy airy carboantion. fine.

3/12/2018. Bottle at BeerShop.gr, Athens. Pours hazy pale gold with a frothy white head. Aroma of light spice, malt, pepper, yeast and hint of citrus. Moderate sweetness, bitterness and body. Slight oily texture, average carbonation. Slight dryness to finish. Not bad.
