Delving deep into Belgian tradition we inoculated a beer with wild yeast and bacteria and then aged it for 24 months in used oak wine barrels. Time slowly worked it's magic and transformed the wort into a complex tart brew full of funky flavors and aromas!

Bottled, from Beerdome. Hazy ruby red, small head. Citric nose.with notes of wine. Tart with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Citric with some woody wine, notes of red berries. Elegant and concentrated, albeit not super complex.

Bottle via Fin, thanks! Medium red, hazy, moderate head. Nose of cherries, raspberry, oak, sour notes. Flavor is amazing, complex and fruity, nice wood tannins, high acidity. If you like strong complex sours, just get it. World class sour!

Bottle, many thanks to Fin! Rather clear ruby-amber color with off-white head. Aroma is red berries, maraschino cherry, almondy. Taste is vineous strong cocktail cherry again and other red berries, strongly woody finish, a bit tannic. Not too acidic. Lovely and very drinkable!

Bottle picked up from Kykao Brewery, Patras, Greece, cheers Kostas. I consumed at home Saturday 14th November 2020 (Loz's birthday) listening to Craig Charles Funk and Soul Show on 6Music. Pours blood red a few bubbles scatter across the top. Tangy, zippy, tart, refreshing and utterly bang on for style. This tastes like I am in Flanders, think vintage Rodenbach or similar, really zappy, sour wet wood, raspberries oakiness, this is lovely.
