75 cl bottle. Pours dark brown with a small white head. Pours dark brown, small white head. Aroma is overripe. Sour, fruity. Dark malty. Dry and roasted and dark malty finish. Sour far finish.

Bottle courtesy of Jonas and Ursula, cheers guys! Shared the beer with Jonas and Ursula at home Friday 16th May 2025. Zappy and tart, working extremely well with the triple chocolate brownie and ice cream. The barrel ageing is well integrated, great.

Bottle (160 bottles) from the Crowdfunding, shared after a great meal, together with triple chocolate brownies and ice cream. Brown, maybe slightly reddish. Deep, tart, fruity coffee, roasted nuts, soy sauce. Full, nice body, fizzy and then soft. Roasted, milk soft, tart. This has aged nicely.

Hazy brown. Aroma is schlehen cherry topfen vanilla funk. Taste is sweet melasses at first sour funk later. Fresh. A little chalky.

Rerate from a bottle we got through the crowdfunding campaign. Light tart bretty nose, cloudy chestnut. Medium to light body, fine sparkling, great Brett base, dry wooden, light iodine, a hint balsamic, bleasant wide flavor, really nice. Great drink.
Old rating: 4 7 7 6 6.5 BKL2019. Murky brown, low head, dry, balsamic, nut, paper, roast acid, bitter nuts, medium body, soy and fermented nut spread finish. Wasn't my cup of tea.

Bottle. Hazy brown color with beige head. Aroma is cherries, chocolate, fresh brett, tart, oak. Taste is the same, mon chéri, with a surprising amount of body still. Champenoise carbonation. Nice!
