Bottle.
A- Black color, black liquid, no head.
A- Chocolate, sweet, booze, vanilla.
F- Booze, marshmallow, chicory, salted caramel, sweet, chocolate.
T- Full body, average texture, average carbonation, cloying finish.
O- My first Bottle Logic and honestly disappointed. This was awfully cloyingly sweet. No S'mores flavor, just a lot of chocolate, booze and caramel. Not worth the hype or price, but hopefully this was a one off for me.

A black beer with a small brownish head. Aroma of massive bourbon and vanilla, strong dark malt. Taste of intense bourbon, vanilla, caramel, soy sauce, sticky sweet malt. Great.

500 ml bottle. 2022 vintage, 13.5% ABV. Thank you tfontana for hand carrying back from CA. Aroma is marshmallow/ vanilla and spicy rye. Rye is here is a large characteristic that provides a lot of balance. Honestly, so much rye here that it is drowning the other flavors. Real good but an ass ton of rye.

Bottle pour from Valley Beverage. Opaque inky black with nice viscosity. Aroma is strong spicy rye, roasted malt, marshmallow, mild bourbon. Taste is strong spicy rye (borders on cinnamon), base stout, late milder marshmallow. Not getting chocolate, graham crackers or much bourbon. Smooth, thick texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste--no sign of alcohol. Who knows the effects of age but this is less balanced than other BL. Good but not exceptional.

Bottle shared by Brian, thanks! Pours black with an earthy brown head that dissipates to the edges quickly. Aroma has marshmallow with sweet chocolate, graham cracker and a bit of roasted malts underlying. Flavor has chocolate and marshmallow with some graham cracker and a bit of dark grain backing.

Vanilla, cinnamon, marshmellow roast and coffee. Oily black pour with good head and lacing. Bittersweet finish with coffee and caramel. Very well balanced, and an awesome beer. Bourbon well integrated. If only all pastry stouts were subtle and well balanced like this. Tap at Snally.

Sampled at Snallygaster 2023. Oily black, opaque, brick red head. Legs. Brownies and malt on the nose, caramel, roast, raisinette. Flavor is straight brownie batter and some booze. The barrel is very well integrated. Some cinnamon too. Nice
