Bottle, thanks Dave! Very pale golden, unstable soapy foam. Dry appleskin and marzipan aroma. Lightbodied, mellow dry mouthfeel, lacks chewiness even for a cider. Pleasant broad baked apple and crisp green apple notes. A bit more body and this would be great.

Bottle from who knows where, drunk while reminiscing on G.I. Joe after watching the Netflix toys documentary episode. It was not as colorful as the He-man episode but still good. The cider on the other hand: pale gold, little to no head, massive fresh apple nose with buttery vanilla hints. Thin body, but not 100% dry/acidic, I suspect they have stopped fermentation at the right time instead of letting it run dry. Nice cider!

330 ml bottle. Champagne coloured, no head. Ripe green apples, dry white wine, citrus, apple pie. Dry sourness, light fruity sweetness. Watery texture, light bodied, high carbonation, dry sour finish. Well made Cider!

Apfeliger, spritzig fruchtiger Beginn. Geringe Süße, wenig herb, süffig. Langer Abgang, eher Saft als Cider. Nett. 10/9/10/10//10

Bottle. Clear pale golden color with white head. Aroma is vanilla, custard, apples. Taste is apples, vanilla, custard, very fresh with medium sweetness. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Quite a good Cider!

(bottle, 33cl) Clear, pale golden colour with a short frothy white rim. Present apple-fruity, mildly sour and tart aroma, also slightly ascorbic. Moderately sour and delicately sweet flavour, light bodied with a calm carbonation. Quite dry and mildly tart fruity taste of ripe apples; clean apple-fruity, moderately sour and tart finish. Glanzfeine goldgelbe Farb, wenig weißer Schaum. Geruch mild fruchtig, reife Äpfel, leicht säuerlich. Geschmack fruchtig säuerlich, leicht trocken, korkig, gut trinkbar!
