On tap at Silver Stamp. Pours a clear straw yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has onion and lots of earthy citrus with a bit of light grains and straw underlying. Flavor has lots of grass and citrus with light onion and a bit of sweet grains underlying.

Bottle from Uptown. Pours a crystal clear orange hue with a large white head. A funky resinous fruity nose. Rich flavor, round, fizzy, huge resinous and oily hops. Light, this would be amazing at 10%.

Bottlecraft, Little Italy. Last repeat stop before hipping back on a plane. Clear, dull medium gold, lacy pour. Bitter burnt onion & cat piss nose. Onions, saline, bitter kale, minerally finish, acidic. Thin, easy, frothy. A boring hazy in sheep's clothing.

Bottle from Mission in SF, drunk in Unterhaching while recovering from jet lag and setting up the home theater. Light hazy straw with a decent head, tropical nose of papaya, mango, lychee, and orange. The flavor is big, smooth, with moderate body and silky bitterness. These guys are just masters of hop bitterness control!

Poured from a 510 ml bottle dated April 11, 2023. Aroma is hop forward with lots of berry and lighter notes of mango, tropical citrus and grapefruit. Lighter pine and dank, oily resin notes. Light cracker malt notes and light alcohol notes. Pours a very clear, brilliant yellow-gold with a large, thick, pillowy white head that recedes steadily to a small film that lingers. Moderate lacing and faint legs. Flavor is slightly sweet with medium light cracker malt notes. Fairly high bitterness and light alcohol notes. Moderate berry, grapefruit, and tropical citrus notes. Lighter notes of mango and dank, oily resin notes. Dry finish with lingering hop bitterness. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a solid old school, West Coast IPA with a bit of a new school hop profile. This is hop forward but not juicy with a dry malt profile. Overall, a solid

A lot smoother than the Blind Pig, easy drinking West Coast IPA.
