Murky brownish. Aroma is apple juice, honey, lacto, grapes. Taste is sour grapes with a little chalk and very fruity (strawberry) with some lacto. Drinkable, complex, enjoyable. Ticks all the boxes.

Bottle, many thanks Pascal! Unclear orange color with white head. Aroma is red grape juice, light tartness, wheat, light cream. Taste is red grape juice, strawberry, other red berries, and wheat, clotted cream. Very soft velvety mouthfeel with soft medium carbonation. Very interesting, very good! I like how it really has a grape must character, not a finished wine character, and how the kettle souring is very creamy and not aggressive.

Red brown, unusual color. Light wine aroma, strawberry shortcake with cream. Hard to believe there are no berries in there, great berry aroma, strawberries and cream sour. Really unique and good.

Bottle. Hazy pale brown offwhite head. Light musty almond aroma, barn, orchard. Dry, sparkly, musty base, grainy, strawberry, butter chocolate, creamy, cake, dessert. Amazing complexity.

Cloudy dark amber, small, fizzy offwhite head. Fruity aroma, peach, apples and goose berries. Vinous, woody. Flavour has grapes, sour peach and apple, sour cherries and goose berries. Dry, slighty tart and vinous, still has some nice berry sweetness. Very nice.

Bottle. Pours clear brown. Aroma is vinous, kettle sour, grapes. Body is medium, fizzy carbonation, tart and sour, vinous again. Lots of sour candy. Mineralic palate. Good!
