Tap at Sommar, Waterloo St. Light cloudy gold, small white top which lasts well. Taste of the pilsner malts is very evident with a lime citrus note. Nice bitterness and carbonatation to it. Nothing wrong with it but maybe a little one dimensional.

Keg draught at Sommar Leicester. Light yellow almost straw with a slight haze and a ring of white head. Some non-commital lacing. Aroma is corny and grassy with a gluey resinous note. Sweet taste, almost saccharine with barely tangible bitterness in the finish. Nicely carbonated, holding up the body well. It's a fairly dirty little pilsner but inoffensive enough.

One-third pint, tap at Sommar Leicester. Drinking session with jjsint. Spotty lacing, misty golden body, film-type layer. Pale malts and noble hops on the nose, promising. Similar taste profile, fine blend of pale malts and noble hops. Smooth ending with discreet bitterness. Drinks well. Decent pilsner. (Leicester 11.07.2022).

Tap at Sommar Solihull. Poured a light hazy golden colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is malt, light woody hops. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a light crisp, funky cardboard yeast, earthy, mineral, light woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.
