Cloudy yellow in the glass and a small head Fine intensity in the aroma Mellow sweetness and a mild acidity Pleasant carbonation level. Easy to drink I felt it had a fine peach flavor. Maybe the combination of mango and guava [Can – bought at The Brewery]

7-3-6-4-13 Can, #161, ten months before bbd. Pours translucent, cloudy orange, with a big creamy head. Aroma is lactic acid with tropical fruity notes of guava ripe mango and musty stone fruits, as well as whiffs of salty minerals. Full body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is lactic acid with fruity notes of guava, over ripe sweet citrus and mango, as well as notes of salt. Pleasant and easy drinking, but pretty anonymous, almost bordering bland.

330 ml can, from Gulating Ølutsalg, Stavanger. ABV is 4.7%. Opaque peach colour, moderate white head. Strong aroma of mango and guava, pleasant. Medium sour and distinctly fruity flavour, notes of lactic acid, mango and guava, just a hint of sea salt. Tastes more like fruit juice than beer, but a GOOD fruit juice all the same.

Når sommersolen skinner er det ikke mye som frister mer enn en rask tur ned i ølkjelleren etter noe som kan få orden på væskebalansen. I dette tilfellet en 0,33 boks fra han-du-vet i Straensenteret. Viskøs utskjenking, appelsingul med ok skum. Mango, guava, gule epler, søte sicilianske citroner og en knivsodd salt i en riktig så vellykket kombinasjon. Lav bitterhet og høy forfriskningsfaktor.
