This Red Ale has beautiful citrus and pine notes that come from generous addition of Centennial, Citra & Simcoe hops. It is smooth and velvety in the mouth with the toasted malts giving it a medium body with hints of roasted hazelnut, toffee and caramel malt flavours.

Deep amber color, small off-white head. Mild cranberry juice and caramel in the nose. Light to medium-bodied. Citrus, caramel, cranberry juice, some lingering spicey hops in the aftertaste. Feels somewhat old.

Bottled 330ml. -Courtesy of and shared with Domagoj, thanks! Pale amber coloured, minimal off-white head, light caramel in the nose. Sweetish malty, light caramel, herbal hoppy and mild fruity with moderate bitterness in the finish. Not bad but pretty average.

355ml bottle. Clear, dark amber colour with small, frothy to creamy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Grassy, strawy, hoppy, slightly earthy aroma, cautious fruity hints of lingonberry, black currant, juniper berry. Taste is slightly nuttily malty, grassy and minimally strawy hoppy overtones, hardly assertive hints of citrus.

(bottle, 35.5cl) Slightly hazy, dark amber colour with a short and slightly tanned foamy head. Fruity and resiny hoppy aroma with notes of citrus, lemon and spruce, as well as a mildly bready malty background with a whiff of caramel. Bitter and delicately sweet flavour, medium to light bodied with a modest carbonation. Dry and slightly bready cara-malty taste with present resiny, piney and mildly fruity hops; dry and hop bitter finish with loads of resin and a tinge of caramel at the very end. A bit harsh but nevertheless likeable. 17.XI.15

A murky reddish copper ale with a thin off white head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with light cherry notes, so-so. In mouth, a sweet yet tart ale with light grassy hops, a bit light. Cask Days 2015.
