Black, lasting light brown head. Malty aroma, good bourbon and wood, light vanilla notes. Bourbon and chocolate flavour, wood, boozy bitterness. Lasting boozy bourbon finish. Oily with low carb. Alright.

Bottle, 8%. Distinct vanilla aroma. Very dark brown colour. Small frothy light brown head. The flavour is sweet and peppery with a distinct vanilla note. Good vanilla notes, but also a nice woody note in the finish, just faintly citric.

Bottle. Pours cloudy very dark brown with airy tan head. Clear aroma of malt, vanilla and roast, with touches of malt and chocolate. Bitter flavour of roast and alcohol, with notes of barrel, chocolate, malt and yeast and touches of fruit. Barrellike and roasty aftertaste with estery hints. Warming alcohol presence. Nice.

dark brown. Aroma is melasses, a little coconut, chocolate, some malt, grains, a little bandaid. Taste is intense sweet sugars, much bitter roast. not harsh. Still a little off. Rerate 3 years later: I get more vanilla and chocolate. Better but still not amazing.
