330ml bottle into schooner glass. From BWS, Glen Innes. Pours a pale amber with a solid head of froth. Lightly carbonated. Malty nose. Light fizz, medium body. Finish is more malt. Pretty standard euro-lager, easy drinking.

Bottle, Dan's. Cold. Clear orange with a dense cm of white head that lasts OK. Shyish aroma is grainy with some tired lemon, cardboard, spices. A bit watery, highish carbonation. Rather empty where you want malt but it's clean and not that cardboardy. And the finish has got that hop extracty harshness but threads the needle because there's not that much of it so it turns out OK. Cheap and lowbrow but OK for what it is.
