Ymir's favorite beer is a classic American pale ale with Columbus & Cascade aroma hops, a caramel backbone and a solid bitter finish.

0.33 l can from 'Sterk Avondverkoop', canned in February 2021. A bit hazy, orangeish amber with a medium large, frothy, stable, white head. Sweetish, quite fruity, slightly resiny aroma of peach, melon, grapefruit and some pine. Gently sweet, moderately bitter, quite fruity and slightly resiny taste of pine, grapefruit, orange and mango, followed by a short, gently bitter, quite resiny finish. Medium body, smooth and slightly creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Pleasant Pale Ale, finally some authentic old school west coast stuff.
