Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 7C-Amber). Bottle 50 cl - Batch 07:00 MJ (BBF 27.11.19). AROMA: moderate rich toasty malt aroma with slight bread crust notes. no hop detected. APPEARANCE: light amber color and clear. medium beige head with medium-low retention. TASTE: initial sweet malt with a complex bready-toasty aspect. faint diacetyl. medium bitterness with a dry finish. PALATE: medium body with medium-low carbonation. OVERALL: a nice amber kellerbier.

Bottled, from Hier Gibt's Bier. Hazy amber, rich firm head. Bready nose with with some hay. Mid dry with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Bready with notes of syrup and floral hay. Mid bitter finish. Pleasant.

Bottle. Hazy amber color with creamy eggshell head. Aroma is caramel, yeast, a bit sugar icing.Taste is sugar icing, nutty, light herbal, caramalts. Oily mouthfeel with low natural carbonation, rather sweet aftertaste. Quite pleasant, but also quite sweet.

500ml bottle. Cloudy, amber-ish dark golden colour with average, thick, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, white head. Mellow malty and herbal hoppy aroma with slightly bready and minimally yeasty spicy touch, cautious hints of laurel, juniper, elderberry. Taste is sweet-ish malty with hints of caramel and a bready touch, minimally doughy yeasty overtones, a slightly grassy and minimalyl herbal hoppy touch of juniper, laurel, elderberry; smooth and soft palate, gentle carbonation. Homogeneous, harmonious - nice.

500ml bottle, thanks to Koelschtrincker for this! Hopefully its the correct bottle. Pours a hazed orange, thin white head. Aroma has lightly sweet malt, some caramel & fruity hints. Taste is clean with medium sweet pale malt, buttery soft yeast, good simplistic kellerbier

From the bottle. Dark amber with a frothy head that quickly fades. Aroma is caramel, toffee, compost. Taste is sweet with light sour inflections. A touch of peppery spice and aluminum foil round out the mix. Body is to the light side, feels watery at times, especially at the outset. Strong notes of roasted caramel, toffee and a light fruitiness dominate the finish, bringing things to a pleasant conclusion. Some flaws but still not bad.
