Appearance: clear gold with a moderate white frothy head of medium retention. Aroma: grain, straw, some honey and hop. Taste: light sweet and bitter. Grain, honey, straw, spicy hop. Pleasant hoppy ending. Mouth feel: medium minus body, appropriate carbonation. Overall: Not bad.

500 ml bottle. Almost clear golden with a small creamy head. Mainly grain, bread, hay, some citrus, malt, honey, honey bread. Dry bitterness, malty honey sweetness. Medium bodied, oily texture, lively to soft carbonated, dry bitter malty honey sweetness.

Bottle picked up from somewhere, forget where, probably REWE, Zolling and consumed at home Wednesday 11th August 2021 listening to Tortoise - The Catrostophist, sat outside, it's been a very warm day today. Pours mid gold, nice carbonation, a little cereal, it is actually quite hoppy, Perle hops I note. This is a hoppier beer than I expected, malty, a little mineral, dry, good.

Die Farbe gibt sich tiefgoldgelb. Zarte feine Perlage steigt langsam hoch. Die weiße, feinporige Schaumkrone zeigt sich wässerig-stabil und ist mäßig gut haltbar. Der Duft in der Nase kommt getreidig-malzig, leicht brotig, erinnert auch ein wenig an Heu oder Stoh, hält sich aber doch etwas zurück. Der Antrunk kommt frisch und getreidig mit einer zarten Hopfennote. Ebenso im Mittelteil... Der Grundton am Gaumen ist in erster Linie sehr getreidig, fast spelzig, leicht brotig und wird von einer leicht staubig-weichen Hopfennote umspielt. Zwar wirkt dieses Helle nicht so klassisch süß wie die meisten bayerischen Hellen, aber es zeigt sich von einer sehr natürlichen Seite, in der die Gerste und die raffiniert ausgewogene Hopfung die Hauptdarsteller sind. Mit dem weichen Abgang wird dieses Helle zu einem sehr bekömmlichen, schön vollmundigen und sehr süffigen Bier mit einer überaus angenehmen Haptik. Auch wenn es von der Aromatik überhaupt nicht außergewöhnlich scheint, zeugt der unglaubliche Trinkfluss und die Harmonie von höchster Braukunst und einem wirklich guten Bier!

Bottle, 500 ml, shared with Max, Miro and Zubo. Clear golden, medium short lasting white head. Malty, tad sweet, cardboard. Light bodied. Bit unpleasant finish.

Getreidig, leicht malzig, florale Noten, etwas Frucht (insbesondere Birne). Nicht perfekt, aber durchaus schmackhaft und süffig. Gerne wieder.

(Draught at Biererei, Kreuzberg, Berlin, 10 May 2019) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty nose with bread, grass, hay and fresh herbal hops. Malty taste with notes of bread, hay, grass and a balanced grassy/herbal bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a certain malt sweetness. Tasty and well made. Quite enjoyable.

Bottle, while watching a local soccer match somewhere in the Bavarian Woods. Aroma has some hops. A malty flavor at first, then the hops come in, resulting in a long slightly bitter aftertaste with some boiled milk.
