After a few years of home brewing in our garage, my brother and I decided we should open a brewery so that we could share our beer. In 2009 we started with a one barrel system and worked on a single recipe, over and over, until Peeper was born. And now we have enough to share. Cheers!

Flavor Profile: Aromas of lemon, grapefruit and fresh cut grass. Delicate notes of raspberry, strawberry, pine, floral and faint bread

Hops: Amarillo, Cascade, Centennial

Malt: American 2-Row, Carapils, Red Wheat, Vienna

Bottle: Poured a clear bright golden color ale with a nice pure white foamy head with good retention and some good lacing. Aroma of floral and citrus hops is quite amazing with light sweet cereal notes also detectable. Taste is a superb mix between some floral hops notes mix in with some notes of light cereal. Mix of citrus and floral hoppy notes is just about perfect. Body is about average with good carbonation. I really liked this beer and I guess the East coast breweries are not catching up on West coast brewery about adding hops into beer being more then just about bitterness.

Bottle from Kihoskh. Pours hazy orange/amber with a big white head. Fresh citrusy aroma acompanied by some pine. Fruity bitter taste, smooth big body. Unfortunately my bottle wasn´t very fresh.

Bottle. Pineapple, citrus, floral hops aroma. Clear golden yellow with a large white head. Light malt, citrus, grapefruit peel, floral hops flavor. Light to medium body. Very nice fresh clean hops flavor, well balanced with malt. When I’m in the mood for a hoppy beer, this is what I’m after.

Bomber from Half Time. Pours very light gold with a 3 finger creamy white head. Aroma is light pitted fruit and citrus. Med minus body. Flavor is floral and quite fruity. Light pitted fruits like nectarine. It is crisp and clean. It’s also finishing fruity bitter. Malt? Yeah, there’s arguably some lightly roasted malt backbone. But screw the backbone(tho it is necessary). This is ephemerally hoppy in a laid back East Coast style. Yum!

Bottle thanks to Steve! Pours a hazy peachy amber with a shite head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of citrus with some backing light flora, light grains and light fruit. Flavor has much more earthy grain and earthy fruit upfront and finishes with a bitter grapefruit note.

Thanks to Ernesto987 who sent this for SS. Pours a hazy medium yellow with a tall, long lasting white head. Light citrusy hop aroma. Lightly sweet, balanced nicely with the bitterness. A very easy drinking Pale Ale that won’t run off a hop hater with an overly bitter hop flavor.
