After a few years of home brewing in our garage, my brother and I decided we should open a brewery so that we could share our beer. In 2009 we started with a one barrel system and worked on a single recipe, over and over, until Peeper was born. And now we have enough to share. Cheers!

Flavor Profile: Aromas of lemon, grapefruit and fresh cut grass. Delicate notes of raspberry, strawberry, pine, floral and faint bread

Hops: Amarillo, Cascade, Centennial

Malt: American 2-Row, Carapils, Red Wheat, Vienna

Tap. Pours clear golden with a small white head and nice lacing. Aroma is grapefruit, spruce, touch of cat piss. Light and crisp with little sweetness and a light bitterness, a zesty bitterness. Finish is dry. Light body, watery mouthfeel. Drinks below its actual ABV.

Total Wine, Fairfax 50cl: Pours a hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is pretty dank citrus with dank pale malts. Taste is slightly bitter, with beautiful hop flavors. Really clean and perfectly well balanced. This is pretty dope. Minimal aftertaste, but whatever there is is pretty dope. This is a dank beer.

Cloudy amber beer, big off white head. Light semi crisp palate. Mild seltzer minerals. Mild piney hops with an undertone of sweet tropical fruits. All really well joined up. Finishes semi dry with mild bitterness. A corker of a 5.5% APA. Lovely!

4oz taster at Rustico - Alexandria. Poured a hazy yellow color with a small white head. Aroma was some citrus hops, a touch of resin. Flavor had some nice hop notes - a touch of dry honey notes. Pretty refreshing.

Sampled from a 16.9 oz brown bottle this beer poured a pale yellow color with an enormous creamy yellow-white head that towered over the glass, lingered and left incredible lacing. The aroma was bitter, and tangy lemon, grapefruit and Pez candies. The flavor was bitter and dryish with notes of lemon, grapefruit, Pez and a light perfumey undertone. Medium length bitter and dry lemon and perfume finish. Medium body. Solid.

Hazy blond color. The aroma is mild, delicate hops, with a flowery touch, light fruits and toffee as well, tea. The mouthfeel is very dry, the flavor is quite poor, there is some malt and very light toffee, straws, chamomile, and less than impressive hops. The bitterness level is appreciated.
Easy, goes well with food.

500 ml bottle thanks to Michael. Pours a cloudy orange color with a very large white head. The aroma is rich citrus hops, light perfume. A rich fruity brew, some sweet malts akin to Belgian malts, spicy, pepper, a rather dry finish. Clean and very tasty.
