Nice fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head, slightly cloudy light golden color. Aroma is slightly dry floral, oak, herbs, fruit stones, hay, sour peach, old rope, bourbon, mild vinegar, grain. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, sour peach, oak, fruit stones, bourbon, grain, herbs, mild vinegar, citrus, grass. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice.

Bottle. Pours clear golden, small white head, decent lacing. aroma is stone fruit, skins, bourbon, oak, hint of vanilla. Flavor is light tart, good refined peach. Medium body, silky. Really nice.

Bottle shared with the KL tasting crew. Poured a hazy golden orange colour with little life .The aroma is yeasty, big peaches. The flavour is moderate sour, with a light, crisp, acidic, woody, warm alcohol, tart peachy palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. It’s really all about the peaches. Warm and refreshing. Nothing too overpowering.

Bottle. Hazy orange-ish color with small white head. Aroma is barrel funk, peach, a bit vinegar, wood. Taste is peach, light vinegar, leather, quite some vanilla sweetness as well. Oily mouthfeel with low carbonation. Good!

0,1l bottle at home courtesy of Sander, big thanks. yellow hazy color, small white head. smells peach, spices, light booze, bourbon, candy, light coconut. lovely smell. full body, light carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes peach, bourbon, peppery, lactic, some sweetness, earthy, some herbs. finishes dry and lightly bitter with notes of peach, bourbon and some lactic notes. nice one, loved the smell, taste is uhm, bit weirdish, peach is there but overlayered by some other smell. not bad not that great (as some other alamanacs).

Fruchtiger, fein säuerlicher Geruch nach Pfirsich. Saurer trockener Beginn von Pfirsich, viel Holz, etwas Pappe. Steigende Säure im Hintergrund, Bourbon, Pfirsich. Natürlich, die Fruchtigkeit dominiert. 8/10/10/9//10

Bottle shared by Jack, thanks! Pours a hazy earthy yellow with a white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has a nice bourbon and tart peach combination with a hint of funk underlying. Flavor has a good amount of oak, bourbon and sour peach with a dry finish.
