375ml bottle. October 2017 release. Hazy yellow gold colour, white foam head leaving alittle lacing and funky fleshy peachy aroma. Taste is sour, peach, bourbon, vanilla, lemon rind, funky. Slick mouthfeel, medium bodied, medium soft carbonation, dry sour finish. Nicely drinkable.

Bottle @Ulfborg Tasting. Hazy pale yellow, small white head. Citrusy, slightly funky aroma. Similar flavour, can't really find any vanilla or bourbon. Quite sour, acidic.

This beer is a hazy apricot color with a medium thin white head that dissipates steadily to a film. Stringy lacing. Aroma of oak, peach and yeast. Medium body with flavors of tart peach, bourbon and yeast, plus a bit of malt. The finish is sour peaches and oak. Pretty good overall.

375 mL bottle poured. A beer from my favorite guys, doing a beer that would match the ingredients that I would probably choose, if I could pick anything. Love peaches in beer, and when it's done this well, it rivals any beer out there. The peach actually outlasted the bourbon, though it's a good fight. So delicious. The late, lingering palate on this beer is one of the best I've ever had. Golden orange pour. Fresh juicy peaches on the aroma, with the slightest hint of a sour impression. Tart citrus and heavy peach up front, smooth bourbon, and remains cool. Full of flavor. Tons of sour fruit, without the sting, and without the harsh booziness of a bourbon beer. What an amazing beer this is. I gotta stock up on bottles of these. Simply amazing.

Tasting at Matt's
Cloudy blond color, no head. It smells like bean stew, followed by tropical sour fruit (like calamansi). The mouthfeel is quite dry; moderate acidity, nice peachy flavor, some peach ice cream in the final.
Ok.

375mL bottle, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma screams peaches upfront, with subtle bourbon and light acidity. Flavour is similar, with acidic and tart peaches, a touch of bourbon and a finish of light acidity. Not particularly cohesive, but I didn't expect as much from a bourbon sour. Decent.

Hazy, blonde. No head. There's a pretty big bourbon note, and there's some peach accents as well. Fairly sharp tartness, and there's a lot of peach sweetness but it's definitely more of a tart beer. The bourbon lends a touch of something, though I'm not 100% sure what.
