Triple 5 celebrates the divine confluence of 5 unique grains. Barley, white wheat, oats, brown rice and heirloom Midwestern corn each lend attributes that collectively create greatness. A strong 9% ABV originated at 20 degrees Plato. This Belgian style Triple celebrates its golden blonde heritage by retaining that luscious natural hue. Double decoction and experimental organic hops elevate spicy notes balancing fruity caramel tones. The addition of Belgian Candi sugar is the traditional bottle fermentation method. Strength in unity reflected here.

Bottle at the DC post-Thanksgiving 2021 gathering. Poured a mostly clear orange color with a medium sized white head. Aroma had some pleasant tropical fruit notes, light pineapple, touch of wheat. Flavor was really nice yeast, tropical fruits. Nice stuff.

Bottle courtesy of Virby44. Cheers! Amber with a frothy, white head. Big bubblegum aroma, quite yeasty. Taste is mildly sweet most of the way through, with a bit of spice, and a grain and brown rice bitterness at the back. Full-bodied, mild carbonation, a meal. Pleasant sipping.

Pour id a cloudy orange with a large white head. Aroma is a big time fruity yeast ester. Flavor is more fruity ester with some bubblegum sweetness. Decent body with lots of Belgian yeastyness. Very flavorful and the alcohol is nowhere to be found.
