Elixir bright ale has in addition to its valuable qualities as a thirst quenching beverage, mystical properties that act mildly on the nub ends of one’s tongue sending peachy tropical signals to the grey matter, which highly commend it; and yet these properties are in no way indicative of taking medicine. Every mouthful of this delicious beverage is prepared under the personal supervision of Mr Joseph Wood esquire the first. It is comprised of the finest selected domestic malts and hand plucked amarillo and nelson sauvin hops.

From the can. Gold with a thin and frothy white head. Peaches and candy in the aroma. Taste is mildly bitter and washes out at the end with a watery note. Body is light, carbonation is balanced. Overall, inoffensive to a fault.

Bottle. Very pale orange with a white head. 3- Aroma of grapefruit, mandarin, grass clippings, some peach. Light bodied, fairly dry. Some hay and minor toasty notes, but a big blast of hops. Mainly citrus, also that sticky grassy/ gooseberry/ grapey thing that NS delivers on a good day. Medium high bitterness. Enough of it and of malt of sufficient quality to show the hops to advantage. Good.
