Bottle. Color: Hazy orange/pinkish red, thin light pink head. Aroma: Tart, herbal, floral, fruity vinuous. Taste: Very floral / flowery start, herbal, light to moderate tart, fruity red wine notes. Light sweet and light bitter hoppy backbone. Some yeast. Medium body, just below average carbonation. Interesting.

Bottle pour at Arrogant Sour Festival 2019, courtesy of Werckmeister. Orange red with almost no head. Spicy, flowery, bit herbal, sweetish, light sourness. Medium bodied. Interesting, but not my thing.

Rosé, hazy body, with almost no head.
Aroma of flowers, spices, sweet grapes, citrus, some berries, some wood. Tastes similar.
Medium, slick mouthfeel, with a moderate carbonation. Finishes fresh, floral, spicy, a bit sweet, a bit vinous, with sweet grapes, berries, some red apples.
Very nice. Interesting fruity and floral notes, with a subtle vinous character to it. Drinks fresh and balanced, lovely stuff. Score: 7 / 4 / 7 / 4 / 15

BB 13.11.2021. red / pinkish quite hazy color, almost no head. smells flowery, hay, light honey, dandelion, very nice smell. medium to full body, light carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes of dandelions, flowers, hay, some herbs, lightly lactic, bit grassy. finishes dry and lightly sour with notes of dandelion, hay and sweet herbs. quite nice one overall 8, 4, 7, 3, 14
