Beer Drinking Is Not A Crime is a Double Dry Hopped Double IPA featuring Nelson and Citra hops. The combination of these two hops creates a huge pillowy mouthfeel. The Citra lends the flavors of brite orange and orange peel, while the Nelson smells of dank wine grapes.
Together and in concert with your taste buds, we can at least say, "it's an act in furtherance, but no crime was committed."

Panda thanks to Cloin. A light haze on this gold beer, short pale cream colour head. Light palate, semi dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Light malts, a light sweetness. Hop spice immediately starts to nibble. Smooth cooling pine. A savoury hop aspect blends well with some actual Nelson character, a little ripe white winey grape. Colour me surprised. Some ripe pineappley tropical fruits on the back end along with more hop spice. Pretty good.

Can at home, from HOTM online, 29/06/24. Hazed orange with a big old creamy off white cap that stays for the show. Nose is bitter orange, grapefruit, light dank chimes, hint of stone fruits, grass. Taste comprises orange zest, grass, melon, papaya, hint of mango, soft malts. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close spiked with juicy come lightly resinous hop bitterness. Tidy enough DIPA if a little stuck in 3rd gear ... also not getting much in the way of the advertised Nelson.
