E come il lupo arriva di nascosto, quando non te lo aspetti. Nessuno ha fatto qualcosa qui, abbiamo solo messo questo lievito fantastico nella condizione di sentirsi un po’ a casa o, almeno, benvoluto. Cibo giusto, copertina calda e tante coccole. E lui ha tirato fuori la sua anima, quella che se chiudi gli occhi senti Odore di patatine fritte affogate nella maionese e iodio dal Mare del Nord. Di frutta sciroppata e di Bigarade candita.

Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours unattractive transparent opaque gold with limited white foam. Aroma is very fruity, high esters. Body is fairly full with moderate carbonation. Finish is average.

0,1l from tap at Ammutson. Yellow hazy color, small white head. Smells earthy, light sweetness, spices, peppery, bit grassy, floral. Nice smell. Full body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. Tastes of honey, peppery, herbal, spices, grassy. Finishes sweet with some bitterness and notes of spices, honey and earthy notes. Okish

Dark golden, medium hazy body, with a medium, creamy, lacing, yellowish head.
Aroma of sweet grains, honey, sweet yellow fruits, citric hops, some sugar.
Tastes quite similar, with some booze.
Medium, slick mouthfeel, with a moderate carbonation.
Finishes warm, a bit boozy, medium sweet, a bit sugary, grainy, hoppy, with some toffee.
Nice one. A bit boozy, while an interesting combination of grains, hops and a broad sweet body. Not outstanding and a bit heavy to drink, but enjoyable.

On tap @Ma che siete venuti a fà (Rome). Dorata torbida, schiuma bianca media, discretamente persistente. Al naso note di lieviti, spezie, esteri, frutta candita. In bocca è dolce all'attacco con finale amaro e acido, secca, rotonda, appagante. Corpo medio-pieno, forse un po' poco carbonata. Strepitosa.

“Tap” @Macche (Rome). Bright and cloudy orange pour, ivory tick irregular foam. Nose: EO stamp all the way, spices, canditi, vinous a bit. Mouth is round, an oily extract of the EO essence, it recalls a Stille Nacht in a way with a distinctive and peculiar character. The finish is mild peppery and bitter.

Tap at ma che ce siete venuti a fa, Roma. Orange color, light hazed, big thick creamy white head, persistent, lacing. Aroma is funky wine, lots of starchy malts, yeast, some fruity tones then again wine. Bittering hops, light resin but not on spot. Taste fairly complex, structured. Starchy winey finish, alcoholic but not burning.
