Bottled 330ml (AbM)
Hazy yellow color, good creamy white head, some lace. Light spicey, a bit of dill, fruits in the nose. Light to medium-bodied. A bit yeasty, pale malty flavor. Dill from Sorachi Ace dominates. Not so much normal Saisonic spiceyness as it dill overrides it. Ok refreshing brew, especially if you like SA.

0,33l bottle at home. BB 03/2017. yellow hazy color, rather big white head. smells belgian yeasty, light sweetness, flowery, peppery, light herbs. good smell but not overly special. medium body, obvious soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes belgian yeasty, spices, peppery, some bitter herbs, light citric notes, fruity, peach, some funk, a bit soapy. finishes lightly dry, a bit bitter with yeasty, peppery and quite a lot of spices. quite good one, drinks very nice, great balance, did not care for the smell so much, but overall quite nice beer. did not find too many hops left over though.

From tank at the tank bar. A clouded bright golden yellow coloured pour with a lasting uniform white head. Aroma is spicy pineapple, wheat, clean yeast yeast, some lemon rind. Just a bit of sorachi on the nose. Flavour is composed of fought wheat, saison yeast, tangy lemon, hint of wood, nice funky sorachi ace character. Palate is frothy, highish carbonation. Really nice rustic grains in the finish.

Hazy gold beer, large fluffy pale cream colour head. Palate is light, dry and fairly crisp. Thin malts. Bitterish floralness and herb are relieved by nice Sorachi lemon and a little lemon cream. Trace of orange peel. Light dry and slightly spicy finish. Not bad.

Bottle at home in London - picked up at BottleDog London. Pours mostly clear yellow-gold, highly effervescent, with a billowing, frothy pure white head. Pleasant citrusy hops in the aroma, some dry wheat, pale bread, zesty lemon, tangerine, pithy grapefruit. Light to medium sweet flavour with mellow bitter grain husk, more citrus peel, some grass, wheat bread, subtle saison yeast expression. Light to medium bodied with lively carbonation. Nicely balanced on the finish, with nicely rounded citrusy hops, more lightly dried wheat bread, some straw, tangerine, lemon meringue, mild pithy grapefruit, biscuits. Well, this is pretty great stuff overall. Super drinkable, with a nice amount of complexity.
