Grapefruit and Tangerine sour
Buckle up for this juice bomb of a sour beer. The first tremor of tartness hits, then hold tight for a citrus blast of seismic proportions. Tectonic plates of lemon, tangerine, grapefruit and tart apple agitate the pie crust and biscuit backbone.

Gold with a fleeting, foamy head. Aroma full of lime with a mild, rhubarb undertone. Taste is sour the whole way through. Medium bodied with prickly carbonation. Drinkable but one dimensional.

In der Nase und am Gaumen irgendetwas zwischen Pepita, Fanta und Sauerbier. Als Softdrink würde ich das kaufen. Interessant, vom Bier merke ich aber zu wenig.

Bottle from Tesco Supermarket, Manchester. Clean golden with a carbonation and a small head and a bit of a glow. Zesty, tangy, quite active on the palate. Subtle fruit in a more generally sweet nose, more obvious citrus in taste, pink grapefruit and a tarty finish. Not too sour in the grand scheme of things.

33cl. Fruity beginning. Easy to drink, mild fruity with not too much depth. Nice fruity parts, lemon and dry sour mandarina. Sessionable.

330ml bottle. Minimally milky, yellow-ish, golden colour with average, fluffy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, snow-white head. Zesty, citrusy fruity and minimally lactic aroma, notes of lemon, tangerine, lime, grapefruit, yellow apple, orange peel, sweet-ish, biscuity, pale malty background. Taste is dry, tart, minimally papery, zesty, citrusy, hints of green apple parings, lime zest, a touch of grapefruit; all in all rather diluted fruit flavours, some lactic tartness as well. Watery texture, fine, prickly carbonation. Refreshing and thirst quenching, maybe a tad too watery.
