500 ml bottle, cellared for about two years.
Black body, with a medium, unstable, creamy, dark beige head.
Aroma of dark chocolate, wood, dark berries, some coffee, slight balsamico.
Tastes of sour and dried fruits, chocolate, coffee, cocoa, some caramel, wood.
Medium, slick mouthfeel, with a quite lively carbonation.
Finishes roasty, a bit dry, fruity, with cocoa.
Nice. Quite unique, fruity Imperial Stout. Didn’t enjoy the taste as much as the nose, feels a bit unbalanced. Overall quite enjoyable, but not an Imperial Stout how I prefer it.

bottle kindly shared by Saeglopur, many thanks Thomas :) black color, small dark coffee-colored head. strong wooden notes, liqueurish, malty sweetness, like roasty notes, dark chocolate, a bit balsamico like overall very nice smell. full body, light carbonation, slick mouthfeel, tastes quite wooden, light liqueurish, taste of burned wood, a bit sharp taste, acidic, citric. wooden / citric finish. smell is very nice, taste is kinda unbalanced, kinda weird citric bitter / wooden taste.
