0.75l bottle courtesy of Mr. Fish, who shared it with the rest of us. Hazy golden body, white head. Funky aroma, lightly salty, eggy, lean, fresh, white grapes but without the typical Gewürztraminer profile. Lean taste, white grapes again - again without the GT profile I love, lean, funky, salty and herbal in a good way, the base is excellent, like all of these Tilquins, but this one was overshadowed heavily by the Riesling and the Pinot Gris in my book. Still excellent, mind you, just not on par with those.

0.75 l bottle shared with 🐟, Marko and Iznogud. Hazy orange, small off-white head. Fruity, yeasty, glue, acidic. Fruity flavour, tart fruit, berries, white wine, white grapes, floral, lemon, moderate carbonation, moderate finish.

Bottle pour at St Gambrinus. Pours gold. Peach, green apple, funk, bright funky grape, tart, sweet peach cobbler, cinnamon, vanilla. Medium body. Very nice.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Porter & Sons in Tel Aviv. Cloudy yellow. Bretty barnyard, oak, a bit of leather, citrus, grapes, sour, lemon bitterness, sweetish note, rounded. Delicate, balanced. Really great.

Flaska från SB. Disig gyllengul med en lite rosa ton med lågt skum. Funkig doft. Mjuk rund syra, mycket funk och druvighet. Tydligt blommig med fin doft och smak av rosor. Fint komponerad med perfekt balans och stor drickbarhet. Mycket mycket gott

ABV: 8.4%. Light cloudy medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy and open, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate to heavy yeasty, barnyard, leather, sulfur, grapes, grapes must, funk. Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate acidic with a long duration, grapes, barnyard, leather, funky, grapes must, lemony - citrus, grapes skin, dry. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20211030]

Shared at Ambassador, Zagreb. Fairly hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of big dusty cellar funk upfront with tart raspberry in the background. Flavour is moderate sour. Medium bodied with light carbonation.
