On tap at naïv, pours a hazy dark amber with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of lacto, raspberries, and hay in food combo. Flavour is tart, with raspberry skins, light lacto, and dry hay. Nicely constructed and convincingly brewed to style. Good.

Sample thanks to Grumbo: Poured a mahogany with bubble head. Aroma is strong tart raspberries. Taste is nice fruity raspberry, light tartness, some grain.

1/7/2020. Bottle courtesy of Idiosynkrasie, cheers Boris! Pours almost clear red amber with a fizzy short lasting bubbly white head. Aroma of tart raspberry, light herb, touch of yeast and yes Boris, sauerkraut. Moderate sweetness and medium / plus sour with a light salty edge. Moderate body, slight oily texture, average carbonation. Long tart and dry finish. Rather good.
