From the bottle. Pink to red with a foamy head that fizzes away. Aroma is fresh raspberries. Taste is the same, mildly sweet and full of raspberries, but also quite tart. Goes a touch medicinal at the finish. Body trends light, texture is watery. An intense, raspberry experience.

Bardzo smaczna wariacja Berlinera, dodatek malin trafiony (zamierzony) ponieważ niemcy klasyczny BerlinerWeisse serwowują m.in. z malinami (himbeer). Jedno co mnie zastanawia to na etykiecie nic nie wspomniano o Lactobacillus delbruckii co raczej dziwne bo myślę że było robione zgodnie z niemiecką sztuką piwowarską. Wygląd, wysycenie, poziom kwaskowości , wszystko gra, no i historia etykiety ( tytułowy axolotl) - niesamowita.

Tap @ VAF 2018 / 30.11. Pink pour with pink foam. Clear and looks light. Nose has some raspberry, watery a bit. Taste is tart, light and dry, even more raspberry there. Chalky acidic finish.

Alez fajna kwasnosc i maliny chyba nacpane, bo szaleja niesamowicie. Rozowo-czerwona barwa ze srednia piana. Bardzo blisko do lambicka framboise, a myslalem ze bedzie slodziutkie z jakims soczkiem i cukrem, czy jego zamiennikiem. Pachnie niesamowicie tylko i wylacznie swiezymi malinami, herbata owocowa, wiadomo z jakich owocow, metne lekko. kwaskowosc i wytrawnosc superowo, polecam do wszystkiego co na talerzu

Barwa różowa, zmętnione, piana biało-różowa, znikoma, szybko zanika. W aromacie malina, nieco kwasku. W smaku półwytrawne, sporo malin, kwaśność nieco powyżej średniej, lekka pszeniczna baza, kwasek cytrynowy. Wysycenie w normie, ciało lekkie, dobra pijalność. Bardzo przyjemny owocowy kwach.

500ml bottle. Clear, bright red colour with average to huge, frothy to macropore, rapidly diminishing, pink-ish white head. Tremendous, broad raspberry aroma, sweet-ish fruity, citric and slightly earthy. Taste is tart, dry, lactic, slightly fruity, hints of rapsberry, citric acid, a touch of sauerkraut; sherbet character. Slightly watery texture, astringent palate.

Courtesy of Vesna and Igor. Pinkish red. Tart raspberry aroma, full, frehs and complex, nice! Fresh raspberry taste, tart and traces of lacto. Lovely little fruited Berliner!

Sampled from tap at 'Holy Craft Beer Bar'. A little hazy, deep red with a pinkish white head. Slightly sweetish, sourish, fairly fruity aroma of lots of fresh raspberries and some lemon. Slightly sweet, medium sour, rather fruity taste of raspberry, lemon and some rhubarb, followed by a short, quite tart, rather dry finish. Thin to medium body, slightly astringent and a bit effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Decent, a bit one-dimensional though.
