Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2024 (MBCC Yellow) 10/05/2024 Grassy bitter hoppy and bready malty, floral and grassy light herbal hops, light bodied, crisp and refreshing hoppy close.

Can. Perfumey Aroma dough , golden belgian ale like flowers. Flavor is flowery, bitter malty, like a cheap industrial lager. Not particularly impressed.

10/5/2024. Tap at Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen. Pours slightly hazy orange gold with a frothy white head. Aroma is grainy, citrus, grass, slight touch of spice. Good pils.

Tap @ MBCC. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are grass, malt, hops, straw and has a light bitter finish.

Bottle 33cl. from Cava Thimis, Corfu City @our appartment poured into a wine glass. Hazy deep golden colour, small frothy white head, diminishing slowly, good lacing. Shy aroma pilsner malt, grain, light lemon, grassy hops. Taste light sweet and bitter, malty, grain, hint of citrus, some yeast. Medium body, creamy texture, average carbonation, smooth sweetbitter aftertaste, well-made but not very special, nice.

Can from a liquor store in Athens, drunk in our hotel apartment. Slightly hazy gold with a nice head. Nose of earthy hops and grain, big notes of honey. The flavor has some citrus and a well rounded complexity/big body: likely residual sugars. Hard to classify this as a Pils, but it's a very tasty and well made beer nonetheless. Very impressed with the flavors, given there's no honey on the ingredients bill!

Sehr rundes, ausgewogenes Pils. Der Hopfen samtig weich, die übliche herbe Note entfällt, dafür schon fast liebliche Getreidenoten bzw. malzig-fruchtige Süsse.
