A small bottle from Mia C’Bon near NCCU. Aroma: yeasty, fresh bread. Appearance: semi-opaque oxtail soup, massive tan head rapidly dissipating. Palate: medium-bodied and slick, carbonation - a gusher - I took it out the fridge 20 minutes before drinking, and lost a lot of it across the desk. Finish is malty, the rather pleasant aftertaste doesn’t linger. Taste: lightly sweet with plenty of malt, some biscuit and almond. Serviceable.

Completely malt driven with standard american ale yeast. Very low hops, tastes better than it looks with its little haze. Actually quite good. Bierfabriek Amsterdam
