Bottle pour, taster. @Feira da Sidra da Estrada, 03/06/2023 [#6.500 Global - #1.295 Spain - #1 Sidra Serps (My Spanish Brewery/Cidery #292)] Pours cloudy yellow with a lacing head. Aroma: sulphur, barnyard, mild earthy hops. Taste: dry red apples, wood barrels and aggressive earthy hops. Dry and strong. Hopped up cider. Next one please!

2020 edition . Pours unclear yelloworange. Scent is full, appleskins, full and funky. Taste is sharp, tad tart. Dry, but not bonedry. Lovely appleskin aroma. Dry hop is very mild

Bottle @ Belgian Summer Gathering Sept' 21, Evergem.
Dorée, pâle, col blanc léger.
Arôme est frais, fruité de pommes vertes - impact des houblons plutôt discret, complexe et frais pour un bouquet fleuri.
Palais est marqué par de belles notes de pommes, acerbe et crisp en bouche. L'ajout d'un houblon noble américain dans la lignée du Fuggle anglais confère un petit apport fleuri frais avec une petite pointe épicée qui vient accompagner ce caractère du cidre.

11/IX/21 - 75cl bottle @ BBGG Summer Edition (Klaas & Liesbeth's place), BB: n/a, 2020 vintage, LOT.202006 (2021-1016) Thanks to Sebletitje for sharing the bottle!

Cloudy deep orange to beige cider, very funky colour! No head. Aroma: sweet, lots of sugary apple juice, some acidic notes, fresh green sour apples, nice stuff! MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: spicy, yeast, more yeast, apple, some tannins, sweet. Aftertaste: more yeast, lots of yeast, alcohol touch and yeast. Hmm, way too yeasty, but ok.
