28/10/2025. Cask at Norwich Beer Festival (Waterfront). Great pour. Lots of sweet peanut butter, caramel, chocolate, jammy fruits. Quite sweet taste. Medium bodied. Smooth. Soft carbonation. More PB&J than PB.

Cask at imp and Angel. Black colour with a tan head. Aroma and taste are malty and light sweet nutty. Smooth body. Not overly sweet.

Handpull cask at the Needle & Pin, Loughborough. Very dark brown and translucent with a large beige head. Light peanut aroma with some chocolate. Sweet taste, not a lot of peanut but enough to impart the character. Some sourness on the finish. Flat body. Not bad.

Calderdale Beer Festival 2018. Extremely dark brown and lightly sweetened with a light liquorice taste. The peanut butter was not found though.

Bottle. Beer Central, Sheffield. Very dark brown. Slim tan head. Nose has peanuts. Peanut butter. Sweetened coffee. Milk chocolate. Dark roast malt. Taste is a little sweet, with a roast malt, and coffee bean bitterness. Medium body. Nicely slick. Low carbonation. Dries out somewhat. Decent hit of roast malt bitterness tempers the peanut butter thing well.

Cask @ Needle & Pin, Loughborough. Nice head with good duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are roast malt, peanut butter, chocolate, vanilla, hops and has a sweet peanut butter finish with a good amount of bitterness as well.
