Great food, family games and beer are our favorite combination. That's why we're inviting ou to our dinner party!
First served is a balanced and light aperitif to stimulate the appetite. Made with lovely smelling Egyptian Hibiscus flowers, nutrient Himalayan salt and tropical pink Guava.

Can. Typical kettle sour with notes of hibiscus, more herbal and some floral notes. Tart with some salty notes. Some fruity notes with lemon. Body is medium. Okay.

Can sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Cloudy orange. Lacto, fruitiness, alcohol, mildly sourish, a bit salty.

Moersleutel and sour beers... Still a struggle... Maybe "great!" next year. There's improvement... That's something.

Can, 5.5%. Weak citric aroma. Cloudy, almost muddy orange colour. Small stable white head. The flavour is citric but not sour. Funky and a little unclean (obviously). Good mineraly mouthfeel. Salty aftertaste.

Hazy peach with a thin white head. Hibiscus, salt, lactic acid, lime, metallic oxidation. Weird, a lot of sweaty socks or sweaty skin after you exercise. Not exactly the notes I am looking for in a beer.

Lichte body. Totaal niet mijn ding dit.
