Bottle 0.75l, more than one year aged. Lightly cloudy, gold colored. AROMA- sour, a bit funky, apricot, sea buckthorn, mirabelle. FLAVOR- neutral, lightly sour, slightly tart, nice aged character, pleasantly fruity, apricot, red and white currant, sea buckthorn. Medium bodied. Really tasty.

Tap at Dno Pytle. Murky golden body, white head. Light, tart aroma, quite jammy, berry jam. Tart plum jam taste primarily, mild apricot touches, something else that might be sea buckthorn, but, dunno, you never know with that. Lean citric tartness. Quite solid sour overall!

Tap at Zil verne. Med-thin body, moderate carbonation. Medium sourness, very clean, slightly yogurty, light sweetness. Mostly fruity, the fruits added make a very pleasant refreshing mix. Quite good, easy drinking, abv hidden well.
