Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Brown colour. Heavy malty and light hoppy aroma. Heavy bitter nice smoked flavor. Long heavy bitter finish. Creamy palate. Nice.

Draught, 5,8% at the brewpub. Good smoked aroma. Note the campfire/charcoal type than meat. Black colour. Seems hazy. Small light brown head. The flavour is smoked with good coffee notes. Creamy coffee finish.

Tap at the brewery. Med-thin body, well attenuated and quite dry throughout. Medium carbonation. Lots of dry roasted coffeeish maltiness, moderate beech smoke with med-light ashy deep roast. The malt also contributes light astringency, not too much though, acceptable level. Med-high roasty bitterness, quite low sweetness. Not really easy drinking, but that is also acceptable here. Intense, clean, quite good.

Bottled 500ml. -at Lajka Prague, shared with hrabren. Almost black coloured, medium sized beige head, light roasted malt and smoke in the nose. Light roasted malt, smoked bacon, notes of chocolate and bitterish roasty finish.

0.5 l bottle shared with Ogi at Lajka, Prague. Dark brown to black, small beige head. Roasty, burnt, some smoke, some phenols, slighlty fruity. Charred wood. Medium body, quite soft. Roasty, burnt, tart. Very dry.

Draught at the brewpub. Cloudy, red to black colored. AROMA- bacon, smoky, roasted malts, plums, prunes, chocolate. FLAVOR- neutral to slightly sweet, bitter, the same as aroma. Medium bodied. Tasty.

0.5l bottle from the brewpub, 5.8%. Almost pitch black brown body, tan head, medium retention. Chocolate and smoke in the aroma, starts full and sweetish, goes slightly lean later on. Lean taste, very nice dark chocolate, solid roastiness, light tartness, smoke coming on strong towards the finish. Solid smoked stout!

Draught @ Pivovar & Cafe Lejka, Prague. Pours black with a creamy tan head, lacings. Aroma of malt, caramel, coffee, wood smoke, peat. Flavor is sweet, smokey, malty, carame, light coffee, smoke, campfire, light peaty. Medium body, soft carbonation, mild smoked finish. 210220

From tap at the brewpub with OGJ 05.01.20. Ebony. Brown head and lacing. Fine aroma and taste of freshly roasted coffee, burnt circuit boards, campfire, dark chocolate, basil and other herbs.
