Bottle 0.75l, more than two years aged. Lightly cloudy, ruby colored. AROMA- sour, a bit sharp and peppery, quite funky, black currant, wood, red wine. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, moderately sour and tart, nice black currant, red wine, similar to Flanders Red, wood, interesting funky flavors. Medium bodied. Amazing one...

On tap at Dno Pytle, pours a deep dark purpleish pinkish red with a small pink head. Aroma brings out deep berries, fruit pie, and some wild yeast. Flavour is loaded with black currants, gentle red wine, and wild yeast. Jammy currants and wild bugs on the finish, with just a touch of vinous notes. Excellent.

Bottle at a tasting with RB boys. Thin body, medium-low carbonation, could use some more bubbles definitely. Otherwise it is great - complex, intense, well balanced. Med-light sourness, med-light tartness, combination winey and blackcurrant character, they work together nicely. Hints of wood and horse blanket. Very good, just a bit more carbonation please.

Can at BBT July 2021. Ruby color with minimal head. Aroma of black currant, vinous sourness. Taste, black currant, marzipan, vinous, wood. Nice.

Tasted @ BBT 07/2021. Ruby color with low pinkish head. Black currant presence is quite shy, wine cellar, oak wood, tannins, sour notes, red wine. Quite complex is flavours and clean.

Bottle at Zich Radotín fest. Spicy dry blackcurrant aroma, the type of blackcurrant that's not my favorite but still okay, peppers Tastes sour, like baked red peppers. Very tart body. I mean... Not the greatest profile.
