Sample (thanks fonefan!). Deep yellow colour, small head. Aroma is honey, some wood and mild berries. Flavour is apricot, honey, some tartness and a bit acidic.

From Backlog. Taster from Bottle at MBCC 21, Copenhagen. Cloudy Golden with little white head. Apricot, sweetness, some carbonation.

Sample thanks to Danlo: Poured a golden orange with a white head. Aroma is fruity and floral, apricot mainly, but flowery honey as well. Taste is tangy apricot, graham cracker, tangy, backend light sweetness of honey. Seems tart mostly tho.

Sample thanks to danlo. Misty orange pour. Gently tangy, not too much honey, but has a pleasantly fruity apricot character. Lovely apricot mead.

7/5/2022. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed. Pours almost clear pale golden amber with a small lasting frothy off-white head. Aroma of apricot skin, vicks, herbs, touch of honey. Medium sweetness, light bitterness, moderate tartness. Moderate body, slightly oily, above average carbonation.

750ml bottle from Cider is Wine. 2020 Vintage. Hazy orangey gold colour, white foam head and aroma of fresh fleshy apricots. Taste is sweet, apricot, fleshy, peachy, with formic hint, honey, and some tartness. Medium bodied, medium carbonation, drying fruity apricot acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.
