At Fisch & Feines 2024, Bremen. Pitch black in the glass, big beige head. Intensive choco, dark berries and mooth malt on the nose. Tastes the same plus a lot of van vanilla. Slick and balanced. Low to no carbonatin. Great stuff.

24-03-18 // taster at Craft Frankfurt 2018. As MACADAMIA PORTER /// NITRO FOAM FESTIVAL EDITION. The beer with added flavoured foam. Dark brown, beige head. Nice dry roasted malty body, bitter chocolate, coffee, some nutty flavours. mild sweetness, mild bitter in the end.

Murky dark brown. Aroma is maroni some cranberries butter licorice roast. Taste is syrup sweetness with some minerally sweetness.

Tap. Hazy brown, creamy brown. Dry praline roast, iodine, medium light mellow body. Good roast, light fruity, a bit ashen, some chocolate, chocolate powder finish.

Tap. Hazy brown color with beige head. Aroma is chocolate, nutty, earthy. Taste is nutty, chocolate, medium sweet. Silky mouthfeel with fine carbonation. Very good!Macadamia Nitro Foam edition: wow, this is a huge upgrade to an already good beer.

Sampled @CRAFT Frankfurt 2018. A very dark brown beer with a mid-sized most good lasting beige head. Aroma of roasted bitter malt, dark malt, coffee. Taste of mild roasted dark malt, coffee, nuts, caramel.

Wenig karbonisierter, fein malzig-schokoladiger Beginn. Moderate Herbe, süffig, konstante Malzigkeit. Vollmundig, durch die Cremigkeit wenig trocken. Vollmundig, getreidig röstig, langer Nachhall. Gelungen. 10/11/12/11/7/11
