330 ml can onlone from Low Cost Beers. Pours muddy orange amber brown with a beige cap. Sweet honey, malt, wheat, a little caramel, light spices. Medium body with light carbonation. Good to find a lesser spotted sahti.

Definitely taste the manuka leaf, and what a beautiful can. My first sahti, courtesy of Miquelli. Thanks and happy new year!

Can from Beerdome. Clear amber with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, honey, red berries and candy. Flavor is quite sweet and light bitter. Sweet finish. Has very little to do with a Finnish sahti. 100921

0.33 l can from 'Beer Republic', best before December 2021. Clear, amber with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, gently herbal-resiny, moderately fruity aroma of honey, pine, orange blossom indeed and grains. Gently sweet, malty, moderately bitter, quite herbal-resiny and gently fruity taste of honey, pine, orange blossom, light juniper and some grains, followed by a short, gently bitter, moderately dry, slightly resiny, rather herbal finish. Medium body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Interesting, nicely herbal beer.

330ml can from Beers of Europe: BB December 2021. Drank in my back garden on 25th August 2021. Pours a lovely bronze colour with an off-white head. No idea what Manuka leaves smell or taste like, but I found this beer interesting and very pleasant. Mild spicy undertones on a bed of soft fruits and blend of grains (oats, barely, wheat, rye).

A dark brown beer, a head is medium and blond. Aroma has breadyness, red currants, caramel, notes of rye. Taste has smooth maltyness, red berries, some flowers. Medium bodied, smooth. This is a far away from typical Sahti. But nice beer anyway, smooth and interesting.

Dark amber, clear, small head of off-white foam. Smells sweet, very floral in a cloying way, something sweet herbal. Fairly dense, with decent carbonation. Taste at first is bit herbal, bit sweet, bit bitter. After swallow more dry, light bitter. Not bad.

330ml can. Opalescent, orangey, dark golden to amber colour with small to average, frothy, to creamy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Sweet-ish, floral, leafy, minimally piney, honey aroma, notes of dark honey, some caramel, whiffs of toffee. Taste is sweet-ish, earthy, piney, leafy, minimally floral, notes of dark honey, pine needles, a bath salt touch, some rye spiciness. Watery texture, minimally dry, repellent palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation. Quite earthy, mild - OK.

Can ordered from Ghost Whale. Aroma is fruity, spicy. Honey streak. Lightly opaque dark orange. Bubbly translucent white head. Light bitter. A touch of sweetness. A restrained fruitiness. Spice throughout. Medicinal, albeit that's not a criticism. Medium bodied. Average-fizzy carbonation. Dry finish. Enjoyable. And, yes, it is restrained but that is potentially to its benefit. It remains drinkable.
