Classic India pale ale.

Though Inspired by the classical British style, this beer is more of a hybrid using American hops.

Deep gold to amber in color with a moderate off-white head and medium to low carbonation.

The flavour profile is built around hops which showcase grassy, fruity and piny aromas, but are really well balanced by bready malts and little stone fruit esters. Bitterness is well tamed but lingers on the aftertaste along with some hop notes.

Overall it is a classical, well balanced, not overwhelming example, set to lure those new to the style into its depths. And also an easy drinking version for the veterans.
